Martha Stewart Reads My Blog (and More Holiday Decor)

In the days after I finished my first post (when I was checking for comments every 15 minutes), I found a comment about my Renovated Kitchen signed by Martha Stewart.   This is what it said:

Decent article.... Keep working on it. You'll get the hang of it

My thoughts reeled in the next 60 seconds...
someone is pulling my leg, hmmm
...sorta sounds like Martha -- "decent" article
to
...Martha READ my post!

I exclaimed to my family "Martha Stewart read my blog!"  Whereupon, my teenage son looked at me with a giant "cat ate the bird" grin.  Realization dawned (you know what I am talking about if you have a prankster son)...and I flew into a bubble busted rage.  Then he explained, "Mom, I did it 'cuz I wanted your friends to be impressed."  Jeeeez.  (Even my sister had fallen for it and was momentarily impressed).  Hard to stay mad.  He'd better not do it again though.

I have included more photos above and below of my friend, Debbie's lovely house decorated for the holidays.

Notice how Debbie likes symmetry?  So, do I.

Debbie's daughter, Julie took this photo...my favorite.

Has anyone else had famous people impostors leave comments on their blog?
Best to you,
Mary Ann
