Classic Bay Front Home Exterior Makeover

Remember Cindy's Newport Beach
interior home renovation HERE and HERE?
Now the exterior is completed, too!

Here it is before...

And now...
after new garage doors, shingles, paint and landscaping!
And a new, refurbished flag pole.
Cindy likes to have family dinners here over looking the bay.
After a relaxing cocktail here.

Yesterday, driving out of Cindy's Beacon Bay neighborhood,
I noticed this home's cool curved entrance.

...And another colorful entrance.

Thanks for visiting!

  2. Hi Mary Ann, What a view! I can see why she enjoys entertaining outside. The exterior looks wonderful. Beautiful garden photos too!

  3. I want to live there, or maybe be her neighbor so I could look at her house all day! I absolutely love her beautiful home and all that she's done to make it so much more fabulous! Maybe she wouldn't notice if I just moved into her little courtyard....I could tend to her garden daily and help serve food and drinks to her guests! Perfection!!!

  5. Such a great area. What an improvement! I also appreciate your keen eye in spotting the curved entry. Beach community's in high density areas can be really challenging in carving out a unique style. Both of these homes have done a great job. As always, thanks for sharing!

  8. Mary Ann,
I love the exterior touches...and I love Beacon Bay. My landscape partner and I used to work on a house down there and we always enjoyed seeing what some of the other homeowners were up do. The 2 entrances you shared a really great. I love addresses to be spelled out...unless they are 15559...fifteen thousand five hundred fifty nine just isn't as pretty as ONE.
    :D

  14. The exterior looks great...the new garage doors make such a big difference. Thanks for the inspiration because our house needs to be repainted very badly. Choosing a color will be the big dilemma!

I wish I lived on the coast because flowers fare so much better, where I live inland it's so hot and we have little shade except for one huge tree in our front yard.

  36. Those bay and bow windows are very beautiful and elegant. Also the way they are installed can save some energy expenses also. Looks like you have a good idea about windows and doors Mississauga before the construction.
