Good Buys at IKEA and Other Fun Things

Have you been to IKEA lately?  There is one by my dentist...and I went there with a sore mouth to get a $1.00 frozen yogurt.  Look at some of the cute things I saw...  this pillow cover is only $5.00!

 French feel on your patio...
Stripes and black and white...it's so NOW.
Want some fun straws for your warm weather drinks?
This orange blossom and rose scented candle is new...  only $4.99!

Guess who got a cappuccino in bed after I texted this subtle screen shot ...

On Saturday, we had a great time with friends picnic-ing, tasting wine and strolling past art in Napa Valley.  Just an hour away.
On Sunday, we saw the "Jungle Book."  (In 3D).  I loved it.  Its so amazing to watch the technology--feels so real.  Just magical.  Probably too scary for small children.

Hope you are having a good week so far!!!

  4. Our nearest Ikea is more than two hours away…too bad! And their shipping is way out of line, so I'll have to wait!

  8. Mary Ann,
I love that pillow! I'm going to Ikea tomorrow, I hope they have them in O.C. The scented candle is a great buy...I've never tried their frozen yogurt. I'll check that out too.

  10. Ikea is so much fun - love the pillow. I wish we had a store a little closer. I can either go to one 1 1/2 hours away or one an hour away by Newark Airport. Last time I went to that one I took a wrong turn and thought I would never live to tell about it! Not the best neighborhood...

    1. The IKEA in Paramus is right near me, and is always full but I enjoy it! I should make a point to go every six months or so just to check out new items.
